Blinkit complaints — common questions
Item missing, damaged or expired in a quick delivery order — what first?
Report it in the app's order help straight away, with a photo of the item and the bill — most apps only accept reports for a short time after delivery. Ask for the refund to your original payment method, not only wallet credit. If chat doesn't fix it, write to the app's Grievance Officer: under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 they must acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within a month.
How do I file a complaint against Blinkit?
Start with customer support in writing, so there is a record. Give your order or account ID, the amount and what you want (refund, replacement or repair). If it isn't fixed within 2 days, go to the next step: Grievance Officer. ClassicCase writes and sends each letter for you, free.
What if Blinkit doesn't reply to my complaint?
Each step has a deadline. Company support: 2 days; Grievance Officer: 30 days; National Consumer Helpline: 30 days. When a deadline passes without a fix, you escalate to the next step — we track the dates and tell you when.
Can I go to the consumer court against Blinkit?
Yes. Consumer Commission is the last step — you can file online on e-Jagriti without a lawyer. Claims up to ₹50 lakh go to the District Commission. Your letters and their replies are the evidence, so keep everything in writing.
Is ClassicCase part of Blinkit?
No. ClassicCase is an independent, free complaint tracker. We aren't linked to Blinkit — we help you complain to them in the right order and keep the record.
