We never track, profile or show ads to anyone under 18.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run ClassicCase for us, under contracts that stop them using your data for anything else: our cloud host Linode (case data on a server in the USA; evidence files encrypted, in Chennai, India), Resend (sends our emails), Cloudflare (website delivery, receiving replies to your case address, and cookie-free visit counts — no tracking across sites), OpenStreetMap (only the place name you search for), and — only if you allow AI help — our AI provider, which receives text with personal details removed and may not train on it. The companies you complain to see what you choose to send them.
If something goes wrong
If there is ever a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without delay, explain what happened and what you can do.
