EatSure complaints — common questions
Food was wrong, missing, stale or made me ill — where do I complain?
Report it in the app's order help with photos as soon as it arrives. For food safety (stale, contaminated, foreign object), you can also complain to FSSAI through its Food Safety Connect app or foscos.fssai.gov.in. If you fell ill, keep the doctor's note and bills — they support a refund and compensation claim.
How do I file a complaint against EatSure?
Start with customer support in writing, so there is a record. Give your order or account ID, the amount and what you want (refund, replacement or repair). If it isn't fixed within 2 days, go to the next step: Grievance Officer. ClassicCase writes and sends each letter for you, free.
What if EatSure doesn't reply to my complaint?
Each step has a deadline. Company support: 2 days; Grievance Officer: 30 days; National Consumer Helpline: 30 days. When a deadline passes without a fix, you escalate to the next step — we track the dates and tell you when.
Can I go to the consumer court against EatSure?
Yes. Consumer Commission is the last step — you can file online on e-Jagriti without a lawyer. Claims up to ₹50 lakh go to the District Commission. Your letters and their replies are the evidence, so keep everything in writing.
Is ClassicCase part of EatSure?
No. ClassicCase is an independent, free complaint tracker. We aren't linked to EatSure — we help you complain to them in the right order and keep the record.
