Tata 1mg complaints — common questions
I got the wrong or an expired medicine — what first?
Don't take it. Photograph the strip (name, batch number, expiry) and the bill, report it in the app, and ask for a refund or a correct replacement. Expired or wrong medicine is a deficiency in service — escalate to the Grievance Officer if the app doesn't fix it quickly.
How do I file a complaint against Tata 1mg?
Start with customer support in writing, so there is a record. Give your order or account ID, the amount and what you want (refund, replacement or repair). If it isn't fixed within 2 days, go to the next step: Grievance Officer. ClassicCase writes and sends each letter for you, free.
What if Tata 1mg doesn't reply to my complaint?
Each step has a deadline. Company support: 2 days; Grievance Officer: 30 days; National Consumer Helpline: 30 days. When a deadline passes without a fix, you escalate to the next step — we track the dates and tell you when.
Can I go to the consumer court against Tata 1mg?
Yes. Consumer Commission is the last step — you can file online on e-Jagriti without a lawyer. Claims up to ₹50 lakh go to the District Commission. Your letters and their replies are the evidence, so keep everything in writing.
Is ClassicCase part of Tata 1mg?
No. ClassicCase is an independent, free complaint tracker. We aren't linked to Tata 1mg — we help you complain to them in the right order and keep the record.
